RETURN POLICY

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved curating it for you.

However, item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery. 

In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

*CREDIT NOTE: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a Credit Coupon within 5 days from the date of delivery. The Credit Coupon Amount is calculated by reducing the reverse pick up charge from the price of the product.

How to Use an Aanchal Designs Credit Note:

1. Aanchal Designs Credit Coupon can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
2. On the checkout page, you have to apply the Credit Coupon code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
3. The Discount Code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
4. The validity of the Credit Note is 4 months.
